At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection is so worth it, particularly for mappers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly more advantageous for map-making newbies since it includes the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The one caveat here though the purchase is available across platforms, the software is only usable with Windows systems.
